Return to Busty Babe Island is a sequel to the flash game Busty Babe Island. Its a simple flash rpg with mild adult undertones, but is other than that pretty clean. You awake on an island with busty babes and must interact with simple point and click actions. Its a decently fun game made a little more interesting with a a busty babe or 2 for good measure.
